Chicken Nut Casserole

2-3 oz. cans of chow mein noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
½ c. sour cream
1 c. cooked rice
½ cup chopped cashews
2 c. chunks of cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
½ c. minced onion
2 c. cheddar cheese

set aside ½ c. noodles to sprinkle on top. Mix all other ingredients together and bake at 350 Degrees for 40 minutes.
